the national aquarium in baltimore turns 31 this week. the birthday is wednesday but it's week long celebration. today anyone born in august can get in the aquarium for free. there will be cake available in the harbor market kitchen -- kitchen. and the man famous for the saying no soup for you on seinfeld will yell that in baltimore streets. the seinfeld food truck will be in the inner harbor between noon and two and you will have a chance to meet the actor who played the soup nazi on the show seinfeld. it's fair to say michael phelps had a good run in the pool. and now a golden olympian ishanging up the goggles. he ended the final run with a gold in the 4 by 100 medley relay. that was this weekend. his career includes 22 medals and 18 of them gold. now he is looking forward to routines that don't include weightlifting or early wakeup calls. >> that's one thing i will not miss. you know, jumping in a cold pool in the morning is the worst thing about the sport. >> he says he is spending more time working on his foundation helping inspiring
